Department of Orthopedics started with the induction of Dr. Imliyanger during the latter half of 2012. It was further strengthened when an experienced senior consultant Dr. Keith Ingty joined the department in May 2013.

Department of Orthopedics started with the induction of Dr. Imliyanger during the latter half of 2012. It was further strengthened when an experienced senior consultant Dr. Keith Ingty joined the department in May 2013.
Since then, the department has remarkably grown, managing complex and common orthopedic problems including Road Traffic Accidents, which seem to be in abundance around Dimapur.
