How to Apply

Applications are open to students from all recognized universities and colleges. The application process includes the following steps:

1. Download and complete the Internship Application Form.
2. Attach a copy of your Pass Certificate.
3. If the internship is a mandatory part of your academic curriculum, include an official letter from the Head of your Institution.
4. Submit the completed documents by:
   • Email: cihsr.academics@gmail.com
   • Or in person: To the Academic Coordinator, 2nd Floor, Central Administrative Building (CAB).

Note: Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Approval is subject to availability of slot in the respective department.

Internship Duration

The duration of the internship varies by department and may range from a minimum of 1 month to up to 1 year, depending on departmental policies and the applicant’s preferences. Note: Any internship less than 6 months in duration will be classified as an Observership, not a full internship.

Completion and Certification

Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from the institute.

 Additional Fees (Applicable to Certain Departments)

1. Refundable Security Deposit
   • An additional security deposit of ₹5,000 is applicable for certain departments.
   • This amount is refundable upon completion of the internship and subject to obtaining departmental clearance.
2. IRB Processing Charges (For Project-Based Internships)
   • For internships that involve project work requiring internal data collection, an additional charge of ₹5,900 (inclusive of 18% GST) will be applicable.
   • This fee covers Institutional Review Board (IRB) processing, ethical review, and clearance.
