The Estate Management Department of CIHSR supports in maintenance and cleanliness of the Campus. The department is responsible for beautification and maintenance of the Hospital, College of Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Students Hostel Staff Residential Areas, Nursery etc.

The Estate department is headed by an Estate Manager who is assisted by six hardworking skilled and semi-skilled Artisans. The team plans and execute work in maintaining cleanliness and beautification of the campus.
